Job summary

IntelliPro is seeking a technically skilled engineer to support customers before and after sales, develop code, and advise on product recommendations. The role involves testing services and delivering high-quality demos to worldwide customers.

You will work with oscilloscopes, DMMs, LCR meters, and SMUs, applying Python and C/C++ to analyze data and improve solutions. Strong teamwork and proactive learning are essential for success in this on-site Penang role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering field.
• 2–3 years’ experience with electronic test instruments.
• Proficient in Python, C/C++, or similar.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre/post-sales technical support and testing services.
• Develop and test software for product demos and customer projects.
• Assist benchmark projects and ensure successful delivery of demos.
• Gather customer feedback and report product issues or improvements.

Job description

Globally headquartered in Singapore, this is a fast-growing company specializing in the manufacturing & distribution of advanced test equipment for the optical and semiconductor industries.

This is a full-time role, responsible for providing pre/post-sales technical support, code development, product recommendations and testing services to drive innovation and quality in products and solutions alongside our worldwide customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the Package Level Reliability (PLR) and Silicon Photonic (SiPh) product application engineer by offering technical expertise and problem-solving solutions.
• Assist the benchmark project and ensure the smooth execution of project until final delivery of demo system and final acceptance.
• Deliver products, services, and consultative support to both prospective and existing customers.
• Understand customer requirements and provide feedback to corporate on product features, future developments, issues, success stories, and competitive intelligence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Optical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
• At least 2-3 years' working experience and demonstrated knowledge of electronic test instruments (Oscilloscope, DMM, LCR, SMU, etc.).
• Good programming skills (Python, C/C++, or similar) and data analysis capability.
• Good analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Proactive, willing to learn, and able to work independently and in a team.
