Job summary

FAME International MIS Sdn Bhd (Made in Sarawak) is hiring a hands-on Technical Engineer to drive projects from concept to completion in a dynamic R&D environment. You will lead assembly, integration, and maintenance of robotic systems and smart devices, including wiring, soldering and hardware integration work.

Fluency in Mandarin and English is required to support Mandarin-speaking clients. A Wireman Certificate is a plus, and you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely

Qualifications

• Mandarin-speaking with English proficiency is required to serve Mandarin-speaking clients.
• A valid Wireman Certificate is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with robotic systems and smart devices is valued.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of assigned projects, ensuring timely execution, coordination, and delivery.
• Lead and participate in the assembly, integration, and maintenance of robotic systems and smart devices.
• Plan wiring, soldering and hardware integration works; be hands-on when required.
• Coordinate and support installation of camera solutions (e.g., ANPR) including setup and commissioning.
• Assist in programming, system configuration and debugging; resolve technical issues independently.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair machines to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external parties for smooth project execution.
• Provide on-site technical support, supervision and problem-solving as needed.
