About the role

We are seeking a talented Software Engineer to join our dynamic team at MACTOM (M) SDN. BHD.'. As a Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the development and enhancement of our cutting-edge software solutions. This is a full-time position based in Melaka Tengah, Melaka.

What you'll be doing

Design, develop, and implement innovative software applications and systems

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions

Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using industry-standard programming languages and frameworks

Participate in the software development life cycle, including coding, testing, debugging, and deployment

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the software engineering field

Continuously improve development processes and implement best practices

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing software systems

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

Minimum of 2 years of experience in software development, preferably in the Information & Communication Technology industry

Strong proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Java, Python, or C++

Experience with web technologies, databases, and software design patterns
