Job summary

Dynaciate Engineering Sdn Bhd is seeking a technically capable engineer to review drawings, specifications, and project requirements while providing practical solutions on site. You will collaborate with site teams, consultants and suppliers to ensure technical conformity and timely execution.

The role involves reviewing shop drawings, material submissions, method statements, RFIs, and coordinating with internal departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science is required.
• Strong proficiency with AutoCAD or CAD tools and system diagnostics.
• Good analytical skills and ability to work in cross‑functional teams.

Job description

Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, technical documents, and project requirements.

Provide technical support and solutions to project and site teams on engineering-related matters.

Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments to resolve technical issues.

Review shop drawings, material submissions, method statements, and technical submissions.

Assist in preparing and responding to Requests for Information (RFI) and other technical queries.

Conduct site inspections and monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and applicable standards.

Identify technical issues and recommend practical solutions to minimize delays and rework.

Coordinate with the project team to ensure technical requirements are properly implemented throughout project execution.

Assist in reviewing design changes, variations, and technical proposals where required.

Maintain proper records of technical documents, reports, inspections, and project correspondence.

Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities where applicable.

Perform other technical and engineering duties assigned by the management.

Academic Qualification:

Degree: A bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline (such as mechanical, electrical, civil, or software engineering) or computer science.

Skills & Experience:

Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, computer-aided design (CAD), system diagnostics, and operating systems.

Analytical Skills: Strong root-cause analysis, mathematical modeling, and complex problem-solving.

Soft Skills: Clear verbal communication, time management, and cross-functional teamwork.

Experience: 1 to 5 years of hands-on experience in a technical support, maintenance, or field-specific engineering role

Dynaciate Engineering was incorporated in May 2002, we experienced in providing customers with construction, fabrication and engineering works particularly towards the engineering based activities.

Our initial business activity was in providing minor repair and maintenance of piping system and structures, including supply of pipes before expanding to our present business operations providing engineering and construction of plants, facilities and buildings, steel fabrication and related products and services. And subsequently, we also involved ourselves in site construction and activities in general industries as well as Oil & Gas industry.
