Job summary

Enco Systems Sdn Bhd in Rawang, Malaysia seeks a Mechanical Engineer to read and interpret design specifications, drawings, schematics and reports, and to perform project design and development tasks including drawings, calculations, cost estimates and specifications.

You will participate in client questions, construction administration, and site meetings, using AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor for 3D modeling, liaising with engineers and production teams to ensure conformance with design

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
• 2 to 5 years working experience.
• Experience with AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor (3D Modeling).

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret design specifications, technical drawings and reports.
• Perform project design and development tasks, including drawings, calculations, costs, and specifications.
• Respond to client questions and perform construction administration tasks.
• Familiar with boiler instrumentations and fittings.
• Confer with personnel to implement procedures and resolve malfunctions.

• Specify system components or direct modifications to meet specs.
• Research, design, evaluate, install, operate and maintain mechanical products and processes.
• Participate in site meetings and liaise with clients and contractors.

Mechanical Engineer responsible for reading and interpreting design, specifications, technical drawings, schematics and computer generated reports. The role involves performing project design and development tasks including drawings, calculations, cost estimates and specifications, responding to client questions and performing construction administration tasks.

Key responsibilities

Read and interpret design, specifications, technical drawings, schematics and computer generated reports

Perform specific project design and development tasks including drawings, calculations, cost estimates and specifications, respond to client questions and perform construction administration tasks

Familiar with boiler instrumentations and fittings

Confer with other personnel to implement operating procedures, resolve system malfunctions and provide technical information

Research and analyse customer design proposals, specifications, manuals and other data to evaluate feasibility, cost and maintenance requirements of designs and applications

Specify system components or direct modifications of products to ensure conformance with engineering design and performance specifications

Research, design, evaluate, install, operate and maintain mechanical products, equipment, systems and processes to meet requirements, applying knowledge of engineering principles

Participate in site meetings and discussions, liaising with clients and contractors

Ensure collaborative relationship with engineering and production floor personnel

About you

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
