Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering is required or equivalent.
• 1–4 years of relevant experience in project engineering, site engineering, or electrical construction preferred.
• Good knowledge of electrical drawings, systems, construction methods, specifications, and site practices.
• Strong project coordination, planning, site supervision, and technical problem‑solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and monitor project engineering and site activities to ensure timely completion.
• Review engineering drawings, specs, method statements, and submissions for proper site execution.
• Supervise construction and installation to meet drawings, specs and project requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams for smooth execution.
• Monitor progress, workmanship, materials, equipment and sequences to maintain quality and schedule.
• Identify and resolve technical and site issues with engineering and project teams.
• Coordinate inspections, testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning and rectification works; handover readiness.
• Coordinate with Engineering, BIM, QA/QC and other disciplines to resolve issues.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, progress reports, inspection records and RFIs.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor project engineering and site activities to ensure timely and successful project completion;
• Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, method statements, and technical submissions to ensure proper site execution;
• Supervise and monitor construction and installation work to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements;
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution;
• Monitor site progress, workmanship, materials, equipment, and work sequences to maintain project quality and schedule;
• Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues in coordination with relevant engineering and project teams;
• Coordinate inspections, testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and rectification works to ensure systems are ready for operation and handover;
• Coordinate with Engineering, BIM, QA/QC, and other disciplines to resolve technical, quality, and interface issues;
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, progress reports, inspection records, technical submissions, RFIs, and as-built documentation;
• Liaise with clients, consultants, authorities, contractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate approvals and resolve project matters;
• Ensure all project and site activities comply with relevant engineering standards, safety requirements, approved procedures, and project specifications.

Requirements & Skills

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline;
• 1-4 years relevant experience in project engineering, site engineering, or electrical construction is preferred;
• Good knowledge of engineering drawings, electrical systems, construcon methods, specificaons, and site practices;
• Strong project coordination, planning, site supervision, and technical problem-solving skills;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD.
