Job summary

OCK Group of Companies is seeking a senior technical operations leader to lead, supervise and coordinate the technical team across Malaysia. The role focuses on resource planning, project delivery, and ensuring quality across multiple contracts.

You will provide technical guidance, manage workloads, and collaborate with project management, sales, and support teams while maintaining documentation and standards. English and Bahasa Melayu are essential for communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in similar roles.
• Leadership and management of technical personnel.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, servers, cybersecurity and system integration.
• Technical planning, troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Management of multiple projects and competing priorities.
• Clear communication in English and Bahasa Melayu.
