Job summary

N/A is seeking a capable project coordinator to support the delivery planning and execution of technology initiatives in Malaysia. You will work across engineering, platform, data, cybersecurity, and infrastructure teams to keep initiatives on track and aligned with governance requirements.

The role emphasizes maintaining plans, tracking risks, managing dependencies, and coordinating testing and release activities in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Fresh graduate to 3 years in technology project coordination or similar roles.
• Familiar with Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery.
• Experience with enterprise applications, integrations or APIs is advantageous.
• Strong documentation and tracker maintenance skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain delivery plan, milestones, and action logs with input from leaders.
• Coordinate day-to-day delivery across engineering and vendor teams.
• Translate technical scope into work breakdowns and acceptance criteria.
• Track progress of design, data migrations, and documentation.
• Maintain risks, issues, and dependencies registers.
• Prepare delivery status reports and governance packs.
• Coordinate testing, releases, and environment access.
• Monitor vendor deliverables and cross-functional coordination.
• Maintain complete project documentation and audit readiness.
