Job summary

Accenture Southeast Asia in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the OTC processes and ensure service levels are met for a major client.

You will supervise daily activities, drive performance, manage change requests, and provide a clear escalation path while fostering continuous improvement and compliant delivery. On-site role requiring strong communication with English and Thai, and a focus on client value.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Fluency in English and Thai with strong business writing.
• Experience in F&A outsourcing operations.
• Rich client-facing communication experience.
• Willing to work on-site in Kuala Lumpur.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily OTC operations and meet client SLA targets.
• Manage daily operational performance and client satisfaction.
• Facilitate Change Request processes and risk controls.
• Provide holistic view of service delivery to client.
• Act as escalation point for service-related issues and resolutions.
• Support ad hoc contractual projects and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with Accenture policies and procedures.
• Develop team succession and leadership within unit.
• Coordinate with OE support and SDL to control costs.
