Job summary

Favelle Favco Cranes (M) Sdn Bhd in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan is seeking a Technical Assistant to join our engineering team. This full-time role supports technical operations, prepares datasheets, and assists with design submissions and O&M manuals to ensure high-quality crane solutions.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / Mechatronics / Electrical), possess strong teamwork and communication skills, and are proficient in English.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have a Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / Mechatronics / Electrical) or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Multilingual candidates have an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and administrative support to Engineers in addressing operational issues within the Engineering Department.
• Prepare drawing lists and equipment datasheets for ongoing projects with guidance from Engineers.
• Assist in compiling design submissions and preparing submission drawings and technical documentation for client submission.
• Assist in preparing and compiling Operation & Maintenance manuals for projects.
• Maintain and organize engineering-related files, records, drawings, and documentation.
• Assist Engineers in preparing and updating project schedules, especially at the initial planning stage.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Engineer or Head of Department.

Favelle Favco Cranes (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Technical Assistant to join our dynamic team in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in supporting our technical operations and ensuring the highest standards of quality. As a Technical Assistant, you will be integral to our mission of delivering reliable crane solutions and supporting our engineering teams with technical expertise.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide technical and administrative assistance to Engineers in addressing operational issues within the Engineering Department.
• Prepare drawing lists and complete equipment datasheets for ongoing projects with guidance from Engineers.
• Assist in compiling design submissions and preparing submission drawings and technical documentation for client submission.
• Assist in the preparation and compilation of Operation & Maintenance (O&M) Manuals for completed and ongoing projects.
• Maintain and organize engineering-related files, records, drawings, and documentation.
• Assist Engineers in preparing and updating project Gantt Charts, particularly during the initial project planning stage.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Engineer or Head of Department.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / Mechatronics / Electrical) or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates with a positive attitude and outgoing personality are encouraged to apply.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills with good project coordination and organizational abilities.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Ability to work independently as well as effectively within a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; knowledge of engineering software will be an added advantage.
• Multilingual candidates will have an added advantage.
