Job summary

Accenture in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Technology Lead with deep Core Banking expertise to drive end-to-end delivery of large-scale banking projects. You will lead onshore and offshore teams, balance scope, time and budget, and partner with clients to define deliverables.

You bring 10+ years in technical delivery within banking/financial services, strong leadership and communication skills, and a hands-on mindset across banking platforms and modern delivery practices.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technical delivery or program/project management in banking/financial services.
• Proven experience managing large-scale programs with nearshore/offshore teams.
• Deep knowledge of core banking solutions across SEA.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for end-to-end delivery performance across accounts and projects.
• Act as primary point of contact for clients on delivery matters.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Lead onshore and offshore/nearshore teams.
• Provide supervision, guidance, and people development.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks across the portfolio.
• Oversee end-to-end software development and support for core banking systems.
• Lead design, build, and configuration of core banking applications.
• Ensure QA conformance to delivery methodology and tools.
• Support pre-sales activities through innovative solutions.
