Job summary

Hunters International in Malaysia is recruiting an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple technology projects, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule and budget. The role requires close collaboration with Technical Lead, internal teams, clients and vendors across projects.

Responsibilities include planning, budgeting, risk management, stakeholder engagement and maintaining thorough project documentation to drive successful outcomes. PMP/ITIL would be advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience using project management software and tools.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
• Good budgeting, cost control and performance management.
• Strong risk management and negotiation skills.
• Analytical, critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal resources, vendors and clients for multiple projects.
• Ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget.
• Work with Technical Lead during project execution.
• Define project scope, objectives and technical feasibility.
• Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress.
• Manage resources and allocation for projects.
• Control changes to schedules and costs using PM techniques.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and governance.
• Report progress and escalate issues as needed.
