You will craft a 30/60/90-day content roadmap, manage publishing, and lead A/B testing while translating data into pivots and coordinating with production teams to stay on-brand and on schedule.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in growth or social/community marketing.
• Proven track record engaging technical, developer, or B2B audiences.
• Strong copywriting and communication skills in English.
• Experience with content creation, SEO tooling, and video editing.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in an agency-client setup.

Aufgaben

• Build a 30/60/90-day content roadmap aligned to brand goals.
• Own end-to-end publishing — titles, metadata, and discoverability across feeds.
• Partner with production teams to keep assets on-brand, on-brief, and on schedule.
• Run daily performance reviews, translating data into creative and strategic pivots.
• Lead structured A/B testing (thumbnails, titles, formats) and track platform shifts.
• Be the active, strategic voice in community spaces — comments and community tabs.
• Grow and sustain audiences on major video/content platforms with clear marketing objectives.
