Job summary

TaskUs in Malaysia is seeking a Call Center Sales Agent to drive ecommerce revenue and meet call center metrics. You will assist customers in purchasing client products online, guiding them step-by-step or by building a cart and sending the link for purchase.

When a customer cannot purchase online, you will create a sales lead in CRM for the sales team to service, and triage support and billing inquiries, directing customers to the right channels.
