Job summary

H CUBIC INNOVATIVE SDN BHD is seeking a site-based supervisor to oversee daily cabinet production, ensuring quality and timely delivery to project sites in Malaysia. You will monitor craftsmanship and adherence to specifications while coordinating with production and installation teams.

The role requires 1–2 years in cabinetry or related fields, strong leadership, good reading of drawings, and a hands-on approach when needed. A valid driving license is required for site visits.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years hands-on experience in cabinetry, woodworking, or custom furniture production.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.
• Able to read and interpret shop drawings and installation plans.
• Valid driving license for site visits.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and monitor daily in-house cabinet production to ensure quality craftsmanship and adherence to schedules and specifications
• Coordinate delivery schedules and transport logistics to ensure products are safely delivered to job sites on time
• Plan work schedules and estimate time required for installation teams to ensure timely project completion
• Visit installation sites to brief workers on drawings and technical details, providing hands-on assistance when necessary
• Handle unexpected on-site issues (e.g., site measurement discrepancies, minor defects, layout challenges) and implement immediate solutions
• Act as a bridge between the design team, production staff, installers, and clients to provide progress updates

Key Traits: Strong leadership, time management, and problem‑solving skills; willing to be hands‑on when required.

Other Requirements: Valid driving license (for site visits); punctual, reliable, and possessing strong communication skills.
