Job summary

Tiffany & Co. Malaysia in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Team Manager (Expression of Interest) to lead a high performing luxury retail team at The Gardens Mall.

You will drive sales performance, deliver an exceptional client experience and support day-to-day store operations. The ideal candidate has proven leadership in luxury retail, strong team development skills, a track record of achieving profitability and a passion for upholding Tiffany values of optimism, inclusivity and creativity.

Qualifications

• Be an experienced leader with management experience in retail, luxury retail, or relevant customer related experience.
• Have excellent team management experience with the ability to build and grow high performing teams.
• Have a proven track record in store operations with managing profitability and operations efficiencies.
• Proven ability to develop new opportunities and maintain client relationships while ensuring brand recognition and penetration in market.
