Job summary

Tiffany & Co. in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Team Manager to lead a high performing luxury retail team and drive sales performance. You will develop an outstanding Tiffany client portfolio and elevate the client experience across all touchpoints.

You will also support daily store operations, maintain brand standards, and contribute to the overall success of the maison within the Kuala Lumpur store network.

• Be an experienced leader with management experience in retail, luxury retail, or relevant customer related experience.
• Proven ability to build and grow high performing teams and manage profitability.
• Track record in developing client relationships and achieving sales targets.
