Job summary

AEON Co. (M) Bhd. in Johor is seeking a Team Leader/Supervisor for Sushi operations to manage staff, ensure stock availability, and maintain store standards. You will oversee pricing, promotions, and loss control while coordinating with teams to achieve sales targets.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree and 3–5 years of retail experience, with basic computer skills (Excel, Word, PPT) and opportunities for advancement and yearly salary increments.

Responsibilities

• Manage staff attendance, briefing, discipline & training.
• Ensure sales floor cleanliness, display & equipment condition.
• Oversee production & product availability.
• Monitor receiving, pricing & loss control.
• Prepare sales reports & identify slow-moving items.
• Plan promotions and sales strategy.
• Attend & conduct meetings.
