Job summary

CHAGEE (M) SDN. BHD. (Retail) is seeking a Tea Barista in Penang. The role focuses on beverage preparation, cashier responsibilities, and maintaining outlet operations to deliver excellent customer service.

Requirements include at least SPM, prior F&B outlet experience preferred, teamwork, self-discipline, and own transport with willingness to travel. On-job training and development are provided, with basic allowance and incentives.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least SPM certification.
• Prior F&B outlet experience is preferable.
• Able to work as a team to achieve outlet target and ensure smooth outlet process.
• Self-discipline and self-driven to keep up-to-date knowledge and skillset to fulfil task on outlet operations.
• Possess own transportation and willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare beverages and handle cashier position.
• Manage outlets inventory and ensure sufficient stock for daily sales.
• Handle receipts (cash, card, e-wallet) and ensure accuracy of payments.
• Ensure outlet operation guide is adhered to at all times.
• Maintain outlet cleanliness, equipment, and arrange maintenance when needed.
• Provide best customer experience and handle complaints appropriately.
