Job summary

CHAGEE (M) SDN. BHD. invites applications for a Tea Barista at Metrocity Kuching, Sarawak. You will join a frontline team to prepare beverages to house recipe standards and ensure smooth daily outlet operation.

The role requires cash handling, customer service, inventory checks, and collaboration with colleagues to deliver a friendly, high-quality customer experience. Training and incentives are provided; own transport is preferred.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least SPM certification.
• Have prior working experience responsible on F&B outlet is preferable.
• Able to work as a team to achieve outlet target and ensure smooth outlet process.
• Self-discipline and self-driven to keep up-to-date knowledge and skillset to fulfil task on outlet operations.
• Possess own transportation and willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Operate beverage preparation following in-house recipes.
• Manage outlet inventory and ensure sufficient stock for daily sales.
• Handle all receipts including cash, card, and e-wallet payments.
• Ensure outlet operation guide is adhered to by staff at all times.
• Deliver best customer experience and address customer issues professionally.
• Monitor outlet cleanliness, equipment status, and arrange maintenance when needed.
• Participate in operational tasks including beverage prep and cashier duties.
