Job summary

CHAGEE (M) SDN. BHD. (Retail) is seeking a Tea Barista in Petaling Jaya to deliver high-quality beverages and service. You will operate in-house recipes, assist with daily outlet tasks, and ensure a positive customer experience while upholding outlet standards.

The role requires SPM certification, teamwork, self-discipline, and reliable transportation. Prior F&B outlet experience is preferred; travel may be necessary.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least SPM certification.
• Have prior working experience responsible on F&B outlet is preferable.
• Able to work as a team to achieve outlet target and ensure smooth outlet process.
• Self-discipline and self-driven to keep up-to-date knowledge and skillset to fulfil task on outlet operations.
• Possess own transportation and willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Brew beverages based on in-house recipes.
• Manage outlet inventory and ensure sufficient stock.
• Handle all receipts including cash, card payments and e-wallet payments.
• Ensure outlet operation guide is adhered to by outlet staff at all times.
• Provide best customer experience and handle complaints adequately.
• Monitor cleanliness, appearance, and equipment; arrange maintenance as needed.
• Participate in operations including beverage preparation, cashier duties, and other outlet tasks.
