Job summary

Ming Cui Sdn Bhd is seeking a friendly Tea Service Associate to greet guests and deliver warm, professional service. You will assist in tea brewing, serving, and proactively introduce tea selections to boost sales.

In this role, you will maintain cleanliness and equipment, assist with reservations in private rooms, and work with the team to meet individual and group sales targets while ensuring a smooth, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service mindset required.

• Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• F&B or tea service experience is advantageous.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin proficiency required for Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
