We are looking for a friendly, energetic and customer-oriented Tea Barista to join our team at Bukit Jalil. You will be responsible for preparing quality beverages, serving customers and ensuring a pleasant experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve tea, beverages and other drinks according to company standards.

Take customer orders and provide friendly and efficient service.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the counter, equipment and work area.

Ensure ingredients, beverages and supplies are properly prepared and maintained.

Handle cash/POS transactions accurately when required.

Follow food safety, hygiene and company operating procedures.

Assist with stock checking, replenishment and basic inventory management.

Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Handle customer enquiries professionally and provide good customer service.

Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.

Job Requirements:

Able to work 6-days shifts a week, inclusive of weekends and public holidays when required.

Previous experience in F&B, café, beverage or customer service is an advantage.

Fresh graduates / candidates without relevant experience are welcome to apply.
