Job summary

Tealive in Malaysia is seeking a customer service crew to brew and serve drinks, greet customers with a big smile, and ensure quality by following SOPs. You will manage the cash register, upsell products, and maintain cleanliness across the dining area.

Flexible time, weekends and public holidays are required, and prior experience in F&B is an advantage. Join Tealive to help deliver joyful tea experiences to customers at our Kapar location.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM/O-Level qualification.
• Experience in F&B with customer-facing responsibilities is a plus.
• Willing to work overtime, weekends and public holidays.

Job description

To brew coffee or tea and to serve the drinks to customers

Welcoming customers and greet every customer with a big smile and enthusiasm.

Ensure every drink serves to customers are made with passion and have the highest quality standards by following the right SOP

Manage cash registers and handle daily financial transactions accurately.

Able to explain all products clearly to customers, and to promote/upsell the products at all times

Cleaning and restocking work and dining areas, emptying trash, and sanitizing equipment and utensils

Assure the cleanliness and sanitization of all work areas such as countertops.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least SPM / O-Level.

Prior experience in a food and beverage environment with customer facing responsibilities is an added advantage.

Must be able to work overtime as needed.

Must be able to work on Flexible time, Weekends & Public Holiday .
