Sunway TCM SDN BHD in Kuching is seeking an Executive to deliver high-quality Traditional & Complementary Medicine services. The role includes assisting in clinical procedures, performing diagnostic assessments, and collaborating in rehabilitation to restore patients’ functioning.

The position also covers operations, from managing appointments and patient flow to billing, while ensuring compliance with SOPs and safety standards. Open to fresh graduates with a recognized TCM degree.

Qualificações

• Candidates must hold a recognized Bachelor's Degree in TCM from an accredited institution.
• Registered with a practitioner body recognized by the Traditional and Complementary Medicine Council.
• Open to fresh graduates.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality Traditional & Complementary Medicine services.
• Assist in clinical procedures and treatments.
• Perform TCM diagnostic assessments including history taking, physical examination, and necessary investigations.
• Collaborate in rehabilitation to restore patients' functioning.
• Support administrative functions: appointments, screenings, patient flow and billing.
• Provide patient information, post-care advice, and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Contribute to compliance with healthcare regulations and safety.
