Biofunction Marketing Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a qualified TCM Practitioner to deliver patient consultations, health assessments, and personalized treatment plans in a clinical setting in Malaysia.

You will perform acupuncture, cupping, gua sha, tuina, and herbal recommendations, while educating patients on lifestyle and preventive care based on TCM principles. MOH Malaysia registration is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant working experience as a TCM Practitioner.
• Registered with Traditional & Complementary Medicine Division (MOH Malaysia).
• Candidates with clinic experience will have added advantage.
• Good communication and patient care skills.
• Able to work weekends / public holidays based on clinic schedule.
• Multilingual (Mandarin preferred, Bahasa Malaysia & English is an advantage).
• Team player with positive attitude.

Responsabilités

• Conduct patient consultation and health assessment based on TCM principles
• Diagnose patient conditions and provide suitable treatment plans
• Perform TCM treatments such as acupuncture, cupping, gua sha, tuina, and herbal recommendations
• Explain treatment plans and wellness advice to patients clearly
• Prescribe and prepare herbal medications where applicable
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Advise patients on lifestyle, diet, and preventive care based on TCM principle
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines (e.g. MOH Malaysia TCM Act)
• Adhere to hygiene, safety, and infection control standards
• Build good relationships with patients and provide excellent customer care
• Support clinic operations and promotional health activities when required.
