Job summary

Inter Island Group Pte Ltd. in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing strategies to interviews. You will craft direct sourcing plans and assess candidates to meet business needs.

Collaborating with department leaders, you’ll perform reference checks and ensure accurate HRIS records while thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute the full life cycle of recruitment including developing strategies, direct sourcing and interviewing.
