Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, Psychology, Communications, or related field.
• Curious with a drive to learn and dig for information.
• Strong interest in recruitment, talent sourcing, and technology.
• Confident when making cold calls and speaking with candidates.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify suitable talent profiles for vacancies through online channels and databases.
• Use advanced search techniques, Boolean searches, keywords, filters and sourcing tools to identify candidates.
• Review profiles and CVs to match basic job criteria provided by Recruitment Consultant.
• Work closely with Recruitment Consultants to understand job requirements and priorities.
• Record accurate call outcomes, job preferences and candidate information in the recruitment system.
• Provide timely handovers to Recruitment Consultants with candidate details.
