Job summary

Tsing Digital Technology Sdn Bhd is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to fuel our high-volume scaling operations. The role targets candidates with 1–3 years of recruitment experience in a fast-paced BPO or call center environment, leveraging AI recruiting tools to optimize workflows.

You will source, screen, and interview applicants, manage salary discussions, and support onboarding and recruitment metrics.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of recruitment experience in a BPO/high-volume call center environment
• Familiar with AI recruiting functions, ATS automation, chatbot pre-screeners, and predictive sourcing tools
• Exceptional speed to manage rapid hiring pipelines without compromising quality
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and closing skills
• Proactive, self-directed and ownership-minded

Position Overview

Perfect for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in a fast-paced BPO or call center recruitment setting. You will be at the forefront of identifying, engaging, and securing top-tier operational talent while leveraging state-of-the-art AI recruiting tools to optimize our workflows.

Key Responsibilities

High-Volume Sourcing: Proactively source candidates across diverse digital channels, job boards, and talent pools.

Resume Sorting & Screening: Swiftly parse and evaluate high volumes of applications using advanced AI screening tools and manual checks.

Shortlisting & Interviewing: Conduct rigorous initial phone screens and structured behavioural interviews.

Salary & Offer Negotiation: Manage competitive compensation discussions, pitch value propositions, and secure start dates efficiently.

HR Ad-Hoc Tasks: Support broader HR operations, onboarding coordination, and recruitment metrics tracking as required.

Ideal Qualifications

Experience: 1 to 3 years of recruitment experience, specifically within a BPO setting or high-volume call center environment.

AI Fluency: Highly familiar with AI recruiting functions, ATS automation, chatbot pre-screeners, and predictive sourcing tools.

Pace & Agility: Exceptional execution speed to manage rapid hiring pipelines without sacrificing quality.

Communication: Outstanding interpersonal, negotiation, and closing skills.
