Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, psychology, or related field.
• 8–10 years' experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, HRBP or similar HR role.
• Proven experience building talent pipelines and sourcing strategies.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence.
• Commercial mindset aligning people strategies with business goals.
• Excellent communication, networking and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in a multinational or complex business environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to support talent management and workforce planning.
• Lead recruitment from attraction to onboarding with a great candidate experience.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs.
