Job summary

TotalEnergies in Malaysia is seeking a passionate Talent Partner to join our HR team and drive talent acquisition, development and retention in a dynamic multinational environment, ensuring exceptional candidate experiences and strategic people initiatives.

In this role you will partner with leaders to shape workforce planning, lead recruitment from attraction through onboarding, build pipelines for future needs, drive learning and development, and contribute to employer branding and employee

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, psychology, or related field.
• 8–10 years' experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, HRBP or similar HR role.
• Proven experience building talent pipelines and sourcing strategies.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence.
• Commercial mindset aligning people strategies with business goals.
• Excellent communication, networking and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in a multinational or complex business environment.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related discipline.
• 8 -10 years' experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, HR Business Partnering or a similar HR role.
• Proven experience building talent pipelines and sourcing strategies across diverse functions.
