Job summary

TotalEnergies in Malaysia is seeking a seasoned Talent Partner to attract, develop and retain top talent. You will serve as a trusted advisor to managers, shaping workforce plans and driving strategic people initiatives across the business.

You will lead recruitment, nurture pipelines, and contribute to learning programs while collaborating with regional and global HR teams to harmonize people practices and improve employee experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, psychology or related field.
• 8–10 years' experience in talent acquisition or HR partnering.
• Proven ability to build talent pipelines and sourcing strategies.
• Strong stakeholder management and business alignment.
• Experience in multinational or complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders and employees to support talent management and workforce planning initiatives.
• Lead and coordinate recruitment activities, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience from attraction to onboarding.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future business needs through proactive sourcing, workforce planning, networking, and succession planning initiatives.
• Drive learning and development initiatives that strengthen capabilities and support career growth.
• Contribute to employer branding and employee engagement programs that make TotalEnergies a great place to work.
• Leverage data and insights to support people decisions and improve HR processes.
• Collaborate with regional and global HR teams on strategic people initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related discipline.
• 8 -10 years' experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, HR Business Partnering or a similar HR role.
• Proven experience building talent pipelines and sourcing strategies across diverse functions.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and challenge constructively.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to align people strategies with business objectives.
• Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience working in a multinational or complex business environment.
