Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific Business Services Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive Intern in Talent, Learning & Development (HR) to support end-to-end learning activities across APAC. You will assist with administration, training coordination, and vendor communications while gaining exposure to corporate training programs.

In this role you will handle inquiries via ServiceNow or email, help organize training venues, attendance, and post-event surveys, and contribute to LMS SOP updates as part of the People team.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• Open for an internship position for a duration of 6 months.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to respond to common inquiries in a timely manner.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform administration on documentation including meeting minutes, invoices, training brochures, and compliance docs.
• Process and respond to employee and manager inquiries via ServiceNow or email.
• Assist TLD to coordinate in-house training sessions, registrations, and follow-up with vendors.
• Coordinate training room bookings and food orders.
• Record attendance prior/post training.
• Send post-event surveys and disseminate training materials.
• Attend to general queries and provide support as needed.
• Assist TLD Admins in updating LMS SOPs with new processes.

About the role: As a CBRE Intern - Talent, Learning & Development (HR), you will gain exposure in processing the end to end Learning and Development activities across APAC countries.

This job is part of People team focusing in coordinating and ensure successful training events for internal employees.

What You'll Do:

• Perform administration on documentations including, but not limited to, meeting minutes, invoices, training brochures, and other compliance documentation.
• Process and respond to employee and manager inquiries via ticketing system (ServiceNow) or email.
• Assist TLD to coordinate in-house training session, training registration, follow-up with vendor on training confirmation and send out communication emails to employees.
• e.g. training room bookings and food ordering,
• record attendance prior/ post training
• send post event survey to participants
• disseminate training related materials
• Attend to general queries from employees and provide support as and when necessary.
• Assist the TLD Admins ensuring new process / process improvements to the LMS tasks are updated in the existing SOP documents.
