Job summary

Kuehne+Nagel in Malaysia is seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition professional to lead recruitment and sourcing efforts. You will partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and build pipelines for current and future openings.

The role emphasizes proactive sourcing, candidate engagement, and end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with LinkedIn, ATS, and various sourcing channels, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition, Talent Sourcing, Recruitment or similar role.
• Experience proactive sourcing and direct candidate engagement.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Experience recruiting across multiple functions and levels.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Hands-on with LinkedIn, ATS, job boards and other sourcing tools.
• Good command of English and Vietnamese.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment from requisition intake through offer acceptance and onboarding coordination.
• Screen and assess candidates against job requirements before presenting profiles to managers.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies based on role requirements and market conditions.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Engage passive candidates through outreach and monitor sourcing effectiveness.
