Job summary

Kuehne + Nagel (SGMY) is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the Talent Sourcing team in Kuala Lumpur. You will drive end-to-end recruitment activities, build strong talent pipelines, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure an excellent candidate and client experience.

The role requires 3–5 years of recruitment experience, familiarity with ATS, and the ability to source through various channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.
• 3-5 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, and other channels.
• Experience with candidate screening, resume review, interviews, and background/reference checks.
• Familiarity with ATS or recruitment management systems.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Team Leader to source and deliver best candidates for open positions via professional networks.
• Deliver all steps in talent acquisition: proactive sourcing, screening, reviewing resumes, testing, and background checks.
• Manage and track candidate interactions in internal systems.
• Continuously optimize talent acquisition processes to meet KPIs.
• Screen and review incoming applicants; build talent pools for in-demand roles.
