Job summary

Tsing Digital Technology Sdn Bhd is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to fuel our high-volume scaling operations. The role targets candidates with 1–3 years of recruitment experience in a fast-paced BPO or call center environment, leveraging AI recruiting tools to optimize workflows.

You will source, screen, and interview applicants, manage salary discussions, and support onboarding and recruitment metrics.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of recruitment experience in a BPO/high-volume call center environment
• Familiar with AI recruiting functions, ATS automation, chatbot pre-screeners, and predictive sourcing tools
• Exceptional speed to manage rapid hiring pipelines without compromising quality
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and closing skills
• Proactive, self-directed and ownership-minded

Responsibilities

• High-Volume Sourcing from diverse channels and talent pools
• Resume sorting & screening using AI tools and manual checks
• Shortlisting & interviewing with structured interviews
• Salary discussions and offer negotiations
• HR ad-hoc tasks including onboarding coordination and metrics tracking
