Job summary

JD Logistics, part of JD.com, invites graduates to join its Talent Acquisition Partner program. You will support end-to-end recruitment across campuses and channels, coordinate interviews, and help onboard new hires in a fast-paced tech-driven logistics environment.

You will partner with hiring managers, build candidate pipelines, and contribute to employer branding. Fluent English and Mandarin plus strong communication are essential as JD Logistics continues expanding across Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, Sociology or related fields is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with HR, Talent Acquisition, recruitment agency, or campus recruitment internship experience is preferred.
• Basic Excel/data analysis skills; familiarity with ATS systems such as Workday is a plus.
• Fluent English and Mandarin-language proficiency.
• Strong communication, learning agility, ownership, and interest in developing a career in Talent Acquisition.
