Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Third-party Contractor) in Kuala Lumpur to drive sourcing and hiring for Safety & Trust initiatives. You will partner with HRBPs and hiring managers, assess talent needs, and manage end-to-end candidate experience from screening to offer.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in recruitment, strong communication, and a collaborative mindset to help build a high-impact team during this growth phase.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience in in-house recruitment or recruitment agency.
• Able to recommend creative sourcing strategies for different business needs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Passionate about providing a great candidate experience.
• Experienced in offer negotiation.
• Optimistic and collaborative attitude for joining a growing team.
• Direct sourcing experience is a plus.
• Prior Talent Acquisition experience in trust and safety & technology.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with HRBPs and Hiring Managers to align sourcing and hiring strategies with TikTok people strategies.
• Partner with hiring managers to assess talent requirements and fulfill hiring plans with business timelines.
• Use networks to discover and attract experienced, diverse talent.
• Screen and select candidates by reviewing experience and soft skills.
• Support initiatives with the Trust & Safety and other recruiting teams to improve operations and results.
• Provide a high-touch candidate experience from application to offer, including reference checks and salary recommendations.
