Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional for a 12-month contract based in Kuala Lumpur. You will partner with HRBPs and Hiring Managers to align sourcing with business needs, attract diverse talent, and manage end-to-end recruiting processes with a strong emphasis on candidate experience.

Key responsibilities include screening, interviewing, reference checks, salary recommendations, and closing candidates in collaboration with hiring teams.

Qualifications

• Around 1-3 years experience in in house recruitment or recruitment agency.
• Able to recommend creative sourcing strategies based on different business needs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Passionate about providing a great experience for all our candidates.
• Experienced in offer negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with HRBPs and Hiring Managers to align sourcing and hiring strategies with TikTok people plans.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to assess talent needs and fulfill hiring plans within timelines.
• Leverage networks to attract diverse, talented candidates.
• Screen and select candidates by experience and soft skills.
• Support recruiting initiatives to scale operations and results.
• Ensure a high-touch candidate experience from application through offer, including reference checks and salary recommendations.
