Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Third-party Contractor) in Kuala Lumpur to drive sourcing and hiring for Safety & Trust initiatives. You will partner with HRBPs and hiring managers, assess talent needs, and manage end-to-end candidate experience from screening to offer.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in recruitment, strong communication, and a collaborative mindset to help build a high-impact team during this growth phase.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience in in-house recruitment or recruitment agency.
• Able to recommend creative sourcing strategies for different business needs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Passionate about providing a great candidate experience.
• Experienced in offer negotiation.
• Optimistic and collaborative attitude for joining a growing team.
• Direct sourcing experience is a plus.
• Prior Talent Acquisition experience in trust and safety & technology.

• Partner closely with HRBPs and Hiring Managers to ensure sourcing and hiring strategies are aligned with TikTok people strategies
• Partner with hiring managers to assess their talent requirements and fulfill hiring plans along with business timelines
• Use networks to discover, and attract experienced, diverse, ambitious talent to join our team
• Screen and select candidates effectively by assessing both their previous experience as well as soft skills
• Support key initiatives and projects with the Trust & Safety team, and other recruiting teams, that will continuously improve and scale our recruiting operations and results
• Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate from the application stage to offer, evaluating skill level, driving the interview process and offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations, and closing of candidates
