OUJI Seiyaku is seeking an experienced and strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and drive recruitment initiatives across Southeast Asia (SEA) while supporting broader APAC talent acquisition projects. This role will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies, managing end-to-end hiring activities, partnering with senior business leaders, and building strong talent pipelines to support the company's rapid regional growth.
Job Description
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives across SEA and APAC regions.
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers on workforce planning, talent mapping, succession planning, hiring strategies, and future talent needs.
- Provide market intelligence, salary benchmarking, competitor analysis, and hiring recommendations to support workforce planning and business growth.
Recruitment Operations
- Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment, offer management, and onboarding coordination across multiple functions and business units.
- Drive continuous improvement of recruitment processes, tools, and workflows to enhance hiring efficiency, effectiveness, and candidate experience.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical, leadership, and hard-to-fill positions across SEA and APAC markets.
- Leverage innovative sourcing channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, employee referrals, networking, and talent communities to attract top talent.
- Support regional and cross-border hiring initiatives while ensuring a consistent recruitment approach across markets.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Lead, coach, and develop the Talent Acquisition team to achieve recruitment KPIs and hiring excellence.
- Build strong partnerships with senior stakeholders, HR Business Partners, and cross-functional teams to influence hiring decisions and talent strategies.
- Champion best practices in interviewing, talent assessment, and candidate selection across the organization.
Employer Branding & External Partnerships
- Drive employer branding and talent attraction initiatives through recruitment campaigns, career fairs, industry events, university partnerships, and other talent engagement activities.
- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and external recruitment partners to support hiring objectives.
Recruitment Analytics, Compliance & Projects
- Monitor recruitment metrics, prepare hiring reports, and provide talent acquisition insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and local employment regulations across all supported markets.
- Participate in regional, APAC, and global talent acquisition projects, including employer branding, workforce expansion, recruitment technology enhancements, and talent transformation initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 6-10 years of Talent Acquisition or Recruitment experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or people management role.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple business functions and hiring for mid-to-senior level positions.
- Regional hiring experience across Southeast Asia is strongly preferred, with APAC recruitment exposure considered an added advantage.
- Experience within FMCG, consumer goods, manufacturing, retail, e-commerce, or other fast-paced, high-growth organizations is highly preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management, business partnering, and relationship-building skills.
- Expertise in sourcing, interviewing, talent assessment, candidate evaluation, negotiation, and offer management.
- Strong understanding of recruitment metrics, talent market trends, salary benchmarking, and workforce planning.
- Proficiency in ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment technologies.
- Proven leadership capability with experience coaching, mentoring, and developing Talent Acquisition teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple hiring priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and spoken), with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders, management teams, and candidates across multiple countries.
