Mewah Group is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead end-to-end recruitment across Malaysia and Singapore. You will partner with hiring managers to understand needs, develop pipelines, and deliver tailored recruitment solutions for corporate, commercial, and operations roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in Talent Acquisition or recruitment, in-house preferred.
• Proven track record hiring for professional and management roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with Hiring Managers to understand needs and deliver recruitment solutions.
• Source active and passive candidates through multiple channels.
• Build talent pipelines for critical and future roles.
• Support employer branding, campus recruitment and talent engagement.
• Provide market insights and hiring recommendations to stakeholders.
• Ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Maintain recruitment metrics and database accuracy.
• Support recruitment for Singapore and travel as needed.
