Job summary

Mewah Group, a leading edible oils and fats producer, seeks an experienced Assistant Manager, Talent Acquisition to manage end-to-end recruitment across Malaysia and Singapore. You will partner with senior stakeholders, drive candidate sourcing, and support employer branding and campus engagement initiatives.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, 5+ years of TA experience, and strong stakeholder management. Travel to Port Klang and occasional Singapore is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment, preferably in-house.
• Proven track record hiring for professional, corporate, commercial and management roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with Hiring Managers and leaders to understand needs and deliver solutions.
• Source and engage active and passive candidates through multiple channels.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Support employer branding, campus recruitment, and recruitment marketing initiatives.
• Provide market intelligence and hiring recommendations to stakeholders.
• Ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the process.
• Maintain recruitment reports and metrics, and keep the recruitment database accurate.
• Travel to Singapore occasionally; support recruitment activities in Singapore as needed.
