Qualifications

• Background in Human Resources, Business Administration, Administrative, Public Relations, Political Science or related fields.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment activities by sourcing candidates through various channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial outreach and phone screenings to assess qualifications.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews for candidates and hiring teams.
• Assist with job posting across career sites and boards.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers accurately.
• Assist in preparation of recruitment-related documents and reports.
• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
• Assist with planning university engagement programs, career fairs, and campus events.
• Build relationships with university career services and student organizations to support talent pipelines.
• Participate in Talent Acquisition and HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
