Target-Driven Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle to fulfill hiring demands across regional teams efficiently and effectively.
Channel Innovation & Sourcing: Proactively explore, build, and optimize diverse talent acquisition channels (JobStreet, LinkedIn, Hiredly, social media, referrals, etc.) to enhance candidate quality and ROI.
Talent Selection & Experience: Conduct structured interviews and competency assessments to evaluate skills and cultural fit, while ensuring a premium candidate experience.
Campus & University Relations: Execute campus recruitment initiatives and foster relationships with key universities (e.g., Monash, Sunway, UM) to build a sustainable junior talent pipeline.
HRBP & Operational Support: Assist HRBP in day-to-day HR operations, including local onboarding/offboarding, local employee relations, and supporting learning & development (L&D) programs.
Data Insights & Reporting: Track key recruitment metrics (Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, Channel Yield) and leverage data to optimize recruitment strategies.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
Experience: 2–4 years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition, agency recruitment, or HR operations. Familiarity with the full hiring lifecycle is required.
Local HR Knowledge: Solid working knowledge of the Malaysia Employment Act and statutory compliance (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
Mandarin (Fluent): Essential for daily seamless communication, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration with HQ stakeholders in China.
English (Fluent): Essential for local stakeholder engagement, interviewing, and candidate sourcing in Malaysia and overseas markets.
Tools & Tech: Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with regional job portals (JobStreet, LinkedIn, Hiredly) and ATS/HRIS software (e.g., Lark/Feishu) is a strong plus.
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a positive, "can-do" attitude.
