Job summary

Jora Malaysia is hiring at Bandar Bukit Raja, Klang, Selangor for a customer service role in automotive service. You will greet customers, assess needs, prepare estimates, and promote services such as Body & Paint, detailing, coatings, and accessories.

The position runs from 9 am to 6 pm Monday to Friday and 9 am to 1 pm Saturday, with a 3-month contract term. English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin proficiency are valued to serve Mandarin-speaking clients.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Diploma or Degree in Automotive or related field is an advantage.
• 2-5 years in automotive service (dealership, garage, or service centre).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic technical knowledge of automotive systems.
• Must be able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin proficiency is preferred for Mandarin-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on vehicle maintenance and promote additional services such as Body & Paint, Coating Detailing, PPF & Wrapping, Car Accessories, and more—ensuring excellent customer satisfaction through professional and courteous interactions.
• Greet customers, assess their service needs, prepare accurate cost estimates, and actively recommend suitable services or maintenance packages.
• Schedule and coordinate service appointments efficiently with mechanics, technicians, and the parts department to ensure smooth workflow and timely service delivery.
• Accurately document service details, respond to customer inquiries and complaints, and follow up on pending services or unresolved issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Supervise the quality of completed work, conduct final vehicle inspections, and manage proper handover to customers.
• Perform daily opening and closing tasks, including answering phone calls, handling walk-in customers, and processing payments.
• Support overall branch operations by performing ad hoc duties and assisting other departments when necessary.

• 执行每日开闭店工作，包括接听电话、接待到店客户及处理付款。
