Job summary

Hitachi eBworx Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia seeks an experienced Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment, collaborate with hiring managers, and build a proactive talent pipeline.

What You’ll Do:

Manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored talent acquisition strategies.

What You’ll Bring:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an advantage.
