Job summary

ATAIN is expanding its dynamic Talent Acquisition team in Malaysia and seeks a dynamic Talent Acquisition Executive to attract top talent. You will source candidates through databases, social platforms and pipeline development, collaborating with hiring managers to understand requirements.

The role requires fluency in English and Mandarin, with Cantonese a plus, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Languages: English and Mandarin required; Cantonese a plus.
• Minimum 1 year recruitment experience; fresh graduates welcome.
• Experience building and maintaining talent pipelines is advantageous.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

With a strong focus on technology-driven services, we are expanding our dynamic Talent Acquisition team and are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Executive to help us attract the best talent in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and identify qualified candidates through databases, social media platforms, and alternative sourcing channels.
• Screen and evaluate resumes based on the required skills, experience, and job specifications.
• Apply deep sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates and build a robust internal talent pipeline.
• Leverage market intelligence and industry trends to proactively develop diverse candidate slates.
• Identify and implement effective sourcing strategies across different markets, including Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, and other regions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical and functional requirements of open positions.
• Plan and execute targeted candidate search campaigns using various internet search engines and platforms.
• Ensure timely delivery of a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for all assigned roles.
• Maintain compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to sourcing, recruitment, and hiring practices.
• Continuously identify process improvement opportunities to enhance the hiring manager and candidate experience.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Languages Required: Proficiency in English and Mandarin is essential. Cantonese is a additional advantage.
• A minimum of 1 year of recruitment experience is preferred; fresh graduates with a strong interest in Talent Acquisition are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in developing and maintaining talent pipelines is advantageous.
