Job summary

Ultima Markets, a secure CFD trading gateway, is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional in Kuala Lumpur. You will manage end-to-end recruitment—from posting jobs to screening and coordinating interviews—and partner with hiring managers to meet staffing timelines.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 1–2 years in talent acquisition or HR, with strong communication and organizational skills. Fresh graduates with internships are encouraged to apply, in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, recruitment, or HR; fresh graduates with relevant internships welcome.
• Basic understanding of recruitment and sourcing processes.
• Good communication, coordination and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment activities, from job posting and sourcing to screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
• Source and identify candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, internal databases, and other recruitment channels.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and provide recommendations based on role requirements.
• Work closely with hiring managers and the TA team to understand hiring needs, candidate profiles, and recruitment timelines.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure accurate and up-to-date recruitment data in the ATS.
• Coordinate interviews, candidate communication, and follow-ups to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Assist in improving recruitment processes and turnaround time through effective use of recruitment tools and systems.
