Job summary

AGENSI Pekerjaan Trust Recruit Sdn Bhd is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to manage end-to-end recruitment with a focus on building client relationships and sourcing top talents. The role is fully onsite at KL Sentral with uncapped commission and a clear path for career progression.

Ideal candidates hold a diploma or degree, are flexible, and eager to learn. Training is provided for those with no relevant experience, and professional communication with clients and candidates is essential.

• Diploma or Degree in any field is required.
• Flexible, willing to learn and improve; self-driven with a positive attitude.
• Candidates with no relevant experience will receive full training.
• Ability to converse professionally with clients and talents.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Identify new business opportunities and build rapport with clients.
• Understand clients' business needs and support their recruitment requirements.
• Proactively source suitable candidates via multiple platforms and screen/shortlist.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process.
• Identify new business opportunities and build rapport with existing clients
• Knowing clients’ businesses needs and supporting them in their recruitment needs.
• Proactive sourcing of suitable talents via different platforms
• Resume screening, short-listing, interviewing and selecting the right candidate.

Requirements

• At least a Diploma or Degree in any field.
• Candidate who is flexible, willing to learn and improve, self-driven and with a positive work attitude will have a distinct advantage
• Candidate with no relevant working experience will have full training provided
• Ability to converse professionally with both clients and talents
